S1 - This has been specifically written for the new curriculum statement. While a write-in exercise book for students it covers the work to sufficient depth that it could serve as a text. Answers to exercises are included.

Selinger B. (1998) Chemistry in the Marketplace , 5 th edition, Harcourt Brace, Marrickville.

T2 - This book provides excellent background in many topics involving applications of chemistry.

Stanley, R. J. ; Reynolds, S.; Joyce, D. E.; and Holloway, R. B.; (2000) Discovering Chemistry-2; A Course for Year 12 Students. Enterprise Press, Parkside.

S1 - While written for the new curriculum statement, this is based on the previous edition with additional material added to cover new topics. It is accompanied by a CD-ROM (Chemical Experience-2 (see below)) and a teacher reference which includes additional tests and answers to questions in the text.
