T2 - Comprehensive, sophisticated text book suitable as a teacher resource. Written for requirements in NSW.

S1 - Text book specifically written for the Stage 2 Curriculum statement. Addresses all required aspects and is organised in accordance with the four Themes. All Key Ideas and Student Outcomes are covered and are clearly indicated to the reader.

Cunnigham, F , geneISSUES: medical Miracles, Ethical Dilemmas , CD-ROM, geneCRC, Australia T2 -A great resource for information on human genetics and applications to medicine. The CD-ROM has many printable features including fact sheets, student notes and student worksheets, as well as on screen applications like quizzes and videos. Excellent graphics and diagrams make the information easy for students to follow and navigate through the CD. Contains a comprehensive list of additional resources, including weblinks. The information provided has ideas for issues in genetics including cloning, new therapies and ethics.
