A
student record
This will give you information about the marks you received for each assessment component, the maximum marks for each component, and the weighting of this component in your overall subject results. However, it will not necessarily give you information on each question in an external examination.
Fee: $8.10 for each subject.
This form must reach SSABSA by 15 February 2008.
A clerical check (external
assessments)
SSABSA will check that:
- all questions were marked;
- the marks for each question were correctly entered into the
computer system;
- the marks for each question were correctly totalled;
- your marks for the examination were correctly added;
- you have been awarded the correct Subject Achievement Score, based on your examination and school assessment marks.
Fee: $9.40 for each subject.
This form must reach SSABSA by 15 February 2008.
Return of
student material
You can ask for your examination materials such as examination scripts and externally assessed studies (e.g. investigative report/study, special study) to be returned to you. This includes your critical essay (English Studies). These materials will not show any marks or comments from the markers.
School-assessed materials can be collected from your school.
Note: Student materials will be returned after 15 February 2008, which is the closing date for clerical checks.
Fee: $16.10 for each subject.
This form must reach SSABSA by 15 February 2008.
