| FREQUENTLY
ASKED QUESTIONS |

Yes, but only for study purposes and classroom
use, in accordance with the Commonwealth of Australia
Copyright Act 1968 (or with the schools' Copyright
Agency Ltd licence). |
| Can
I copy documents or parts of documents from the
SSABSA website and use them in my own publication,
which I intend to distribute?
No. Please download
an application
form [pdf] to use SSABSA
copyright material and send it to the Copyright Officer.
Fees may apply. Phone the Copyright Officer if you
have any questions. |
| How
long does it take to process a request?
Your request will be answered as quickly as possible,
but submit your application early, and allow three
to five weeks for processing. |
| Can
SSABSA give me permission to use material that
is acknowledged to somebody else in its publication?
No. You must apply
directly to the copyright owner of that material. |
| Can
I place a link on my website to a past examination
paper or curriculum statement on the SSABSA website?
You may link to the SSABSA website
provided you do not link directly to a PDF file,

For instanced, you should link to the page on which
all past examination papers for a particular year
appear, where a warning has been placed about copyright
