Past examination papers on the SSABSA website at the time
of publication (excluding past examination papers for curriculum
statements that have since been redeveloped) |

Extracts from current curriculum statements, final, glossy

| For the use of any other material, or in any
way other than as specified here, further permission must
be sought from SSABSA. |

| Material that is not copyright
to SSABSA and may not be reproduced under this licence |

Extracts in SSABSA publications that are acknowledged to
other publications are not SSABSA copyright. |

When determining which questions are acknowledged to other
sources, you must also check whether added acknowledgments
appear on an acknowledgments page at the end of the web (or
leftover paper copy) version. You are responsible for seeking
permission direct from the copyright owner of that material
if you wish to reproduce it. Note that where SSABSA has not
been able to obtain permission to reproduce the extract in
the publicly released version of the examination paper, the
extract may have been removed from the web version. |

| Writer Awareness |

Writers of publications using SSABSA copyright material
must keep informed of planned changes to, and developments
in curriculum statements for the relevant subject, by regularly
checking the SSABSA website; |
| 5. |
The words of the SSABSA curriculum statement have been
carefully chosen. The curriculum statement is the final authority
on what students must cover in a subject. Writers are advised
to follow very closely the wording of the SSABSA curriculum
statement, paying close attention to the intended meaning.
The text of Learning Outcomes must not be altered. |

| Format and Distribution |
| 6. |
Permission is given only for the use of SSABSA material
as specified, for the purpose of supporting students and
teachers of SSABSA subjects. |
| 7. |
This licence is valid for reproduction in print and on
CD-ROM only. |
| 8. |
The publication must not be for commercial profit. |
| |
| Use and Acknowledgment |
| 9. |
Do not use SSABSA material in a misleading way. |
| 10. |
Acknowledge SSABSA as the source of material used, on the
imprint page, and/or in the text, captions, footnotes, or
list of acknowledgments, with the words: ‘Copyright
SSABSA. Used with permission’. |
| 11. |
Where SSABSA material has not been reproduced in its original
form (including changes to layout, illustrations, and words),
word your acknowledgment of SSABSA so that it is clear that
it has been changed. |
| 12. |
If solutions are provided for the examination questions
reproduced, they must be accompanied by the words ‘Solutions
are not the official set of solutions used by the examiners
of the Senior Secondary Assessment Board of South Australia’. |
| 13. |
Each acknowledgment of a SSABSA curriculum statement must
be accompanied by the words: ‘Readers are advised to
check the current curriculum statement on the SSABSA website, www.ssabsa.sa.edu.au,
for any changes’. |

| Communication with SSABSA |
| 14. |
Provide SSABSA with one copy of each document within one
month of publication. |
| 15. |
Keep SSABSA informed of the subject teacher association’s
program for supporting students and teachers in South Australia
with your materials. |
| 16. |
