Results held by SSABSA

If you're a past student, you can apply to SSABSA for a replacement copy of a variety of result statements. SSABSA holds Intermediate, Leaving, Leaving Honours, Matriculation, Year 12, SACE and some Secondary School Certificate results.

Apart from the Intermediate and Leaving certificates mentioned above, SSABSA does not hold Year 10 results after 1968 or Year 11 results from 1971 to 1991. If you are looking for these results you should contact the school you attended. If this school has closed, approach the nearest school. Some schools also send information to State Records, however, these records may be destroyed after a specified time. For more information regarding archiving of records, telephone State Records on (08) 8226 7750.

Request for Record of Achievement for students leaving at the end of Semester 1

If you are leaving school at the end of semester 1 and do not intend to undertake further SACE study during the year, you should fill in the Request for a Record of Achievement form. This is also available in Section 4 of the SACE Operations Manual. Please note that endorsement from your school is required.

Results required for transferring to a new school

If you are enrolling in SACE in a new school, the school can request your past results. The request must be done by the school in writing and on school letterhead. SSABSA will then prepare a Statement of Results and fax it back to the school.
