to state that:
- I will abide by SSABSA's Code
of Practice, the policies of the Board, and the Code
of Conduct for South Australian Public Sector Employees,
March 2005;
- I will declare any potential conflicts of interest
with my duties;
- I am not in receipt of a State Government Targeted
Separation Package (TSP) or Voluntary Separation Package
(VSP) but, if I should receive one during the term
of my expression of interest, I will inform SSABSA
immediately.
