For each of the
subjects listed, one or more assessment components will be submitted
to SSABSA for marking. These assessment components are categorised
for operational purposes as ‘investigations’.
SSABSA will provide a class envelope (gold)
for the collection and submission of investigations for marking.
SSABSA will send class results sheets (white) with individual marks
sheets (buff) to schools. For investigations due to be collected
on Friday 26 September, this will be during the week beginning
8 September. For other investigations which due to be collected
on Friday 31 October, this will be during the week beginning
13 October.
Reminder re format of Investigation :
- Front cover sheet -
download in Word or pdf format
- White standard A4 paper, stapled top left-hand
corner
- No student work in folders or plastic sleeves
- Each page SACE registration number only (right
hand side header)
- No student names or school names on student
work
COLLECTION DATES
It is essential that the envelope should
be handed to your SACE Coordinator in readiness for collection
by the required date.

- Home Economics (all 2-unit subjects)
- special study.
- Studies of Societies (2-unit subject) - investigative
assignment.
Friday 31 October
- Aboriginal Studies - investigation.
- Australian Languages (all subjects) - collection
and analysis of data.
- Business Studies (2-unit subject) - investigative
study.
- Design and Technology Studies - technological investigation.
- Health Education (2-unit subject: Health Studies) - investigation.
- Media Studies - media investigation
- Outdoor and Environmental Education (2-unit subject:
Outdoor and Environmental Studies) - investigation.
- Philosophy - philosophical issues study.
- Tourism - investigative report.
- Women’s Studies - issues
analysis.
